IUPost recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by users on the web site. Registration
When signing up for iupost account users must first register. During registration, users are required to give their e-mail address (phone number is optional). For internal purposes, we use this information to communicate with users and provide requested services, and, for our website visitors, to provide a contact information for ads posted by users. When you post an ad, it will be assigned a temporary email address with iupost.com domain that will be used to forward messages from visitors to your e-mail address. Your email address will not be shown to protect your privacy. If you specify a phone number, it will be shown to the visitors in a form of picture for additional protection of your privacy. When you sign up for business account you can provide additional optional information such as business name, location address, business website, and a logo. This information becomes public.

Communications with Us
We have features where users can submit information to us. Letters to the editor and similar submissions may be made public. Requests for service, support or information may be forwarded as needed to best respond to a specific request. We may retain e-mails and other information sent to us for our internal administrative purposes, and to help us to serve users better.

For example, we may send users a notification regarding ending of the posting period of their posted ad. We may also communicate with our users to provide requested services, including IUPost updates and new features, via e-mail.
